Our Primary
At the primary school, the core areas of focus are; Reading, English, Mathematics, Integrated Science, Creative and Technology Studies, Religious Education, Social and Development Studies, Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning, Information and Communication Technology, Music and Poetry and Physical Education. Teaching aids are used to better the pupils learning such as visual aids (e.g. charts & maps) and audio aids are used. The pupils are given homework almost every day to reinforce skills, concepts and the information that was learned in class. Homework also helps to prepare a child for the next lesson and helps teachers to evaluate the child’s progress.
